President's Welcome Aboard Message

“Promoting positive community and economic growth by building an effective and compassionate non-profit charitable organization.”

I am honored to have been selected as the President/CEO of the Combatant Craft Crewman Association.  I wish to thank Joe Zemlin for his unwavering dedication and invaluable leadership for the past 10 years as well as our Board of Directors, (past and present), for their dedication and support, remembering we are all volunteers. This next chapter will be about extending our service, continue our growth, and as always, increasing funding, essential for us to continue our core mission:   Preserving the History and Honoring the Brotherhood.

For those who do not know me, I retired in 2005 as a SBC after 32 years of service, a plank owner, from Special Boat Team 22.  I arrived at Special Boat Unit 22 in New Orleans after serving 14 years with our USMC as a FMF Corpsman. For these next 16 years, I was fortunate to qualify and earn the Combatantcraft Crewman (CC) 9533 pin and the SWCC warfare device. Serving on PBRs, Mini ATCs, PBLs and the SOC-R. Deploying many times to Central and South America.  Since my Navy retirement, I have been active in many Veteran organizations such as the American Legion, VFW, Marine Corps League, and Rolling Thunder. The past 3 plus years I have had the honor to serve as an Ambassador for the CCCA to NSW units at Stennis Space Center, enjoying the comradery, history, and heritage that we all share.   Please join us on this next cruise, as we look forward to Honoring the Brotherhood.

If you are visiting our organization, Welcome!

Do not forget to visit the Ship’s Store, please note our book,“55 years Of Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft History”, and please consider a donation where 100% of your donation supports our teammates!

If you are a member of the CCCA, thank you!

If that renewal slipped by, please take this time to renew! If you are not a member, please join us on this web site’s membership page.

As it is said: If not us, then who?

Prepare to hoist the anchor, Man the railing, and Make way!

Our Mission

The Mission of the Combatant Craft Crewman Association (CCCA) is to “Preserve the History and Honor the spirit of “Brotherhood” for all those who have supported the Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman, SEALS, and their missions.

Combatant Craft Crewman Association (CCCA)

Inception

On Dec 8, 2013, a small group of Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman and its advisors gathered to form the CCCA, with the vision to establish a charitable organization that would advocate on behalf of the entire Naval Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Community (1964-Present). The goal was to restore a camaraderie amongst our veterans while building a supportive community, recognizing each generation's contributions with historical accuracy.
